Cookie Villard
Iron Art
Karine Faubert Villard, aka "Cookie" was born in Puerto Rico, from Haitian parents. Having been surrounded by creative women all her life as her mother is an artist, and her twin sister is a Masterchef, she soon discovered her hidden talent.
Her journey as an artist begins in 2000 when she designed a couple of candleholders executed by a Haitian artist, which soon became such highlights that her mother and twin suggested that she showcase her creations. From that point on, her dream career took off; designing basically anything made of iron: gates, windows for homes, candleholders, and her signature wood and crystals chandeliers.
Her work is currently sold at Urban Zen in NY City, the Hamptons, and LA. Her pieces are also featured at Tutto Il Giorno, in NY City, and the Hamptons.
