    Payment


    We work exclusively with Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you will be asked to create one to pay using your debit or credit card. Once Paypal sends us a confirmation that the payment was made we will start processing your order.

    You will be taken to the secure website of Paypal for final processing of your order where your credit card information will be encrypted. Depending on your version of browser, you will see a lock or key in the status bar at the bottom of the browser window.

    How to Order


    Adding to Order
    Simply enter the quantity of the items you want to order, and click on the "Add to Order" button found with each item. You can order additional products on the same page each time you click the order button, and continue shopping for items on other pages.


    Reviewing/Modifying Items in your Shopping Cart 

    You can check your shopping cart anytime and modify it's contents by clicking on the "Check Out" link at the top of all the pages.

    E-Mail Confirmation


    You will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirmation of your order. Please note, if you have incorrectly input your e-mail address on the order form, you will not receive this confirmation, and we will not be able to personally e-mail you. However, this will not affect your order - we will still receive your order information. If you haven't received an auto confirmation within a few hours, you may want to contact us with your proper email address and reference your order number.
    Privacy Policy


    We recognize that privacy is very important to our customers. Please be assured that any information you submit to us will be held in the strictest confidence. We do not sell or otherwise release any information regarding our customers to any third party.

    Cookies are bits of data and information that a web site copies to your hard disk. Cookies enable the web site to individualize each person browsing its contents, and also enables the web site to remember specific settings and configuration each person applies to the web site. Some cookies remain on your computer for a specified length of time, while others are automatically deleted after signing off the web site.

    Caribbean Craft uses cookies to remember which products each person adds to their order while browsing our online store. In order to use the shopping cart functionality of our online store, be sure your browser is enabled to accept cookies. By default, this function should already be working unless you have manually disabled it. These settings can be changed by setting the preferences of your browser software.

    Sales Terms and Restrictions


    Caribbean Craft reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or ship merchandise to anyone.
    Returns and Guarantee


    Our products are guaranteed without defects. We inspect every items in our warehouse for bad paint, chipping, etc. Note that the colors of our products can vary as they are individually made and because of the limitations of the computer monitors. Do not rely on the colors shown in your monitor to order. Caribbean Craft offers a guarantee policy of 15 days after reception on any items found defective provided it is returned in it's original intact shrink wrap plastic and cardboard backing (please inspect the items meticulously before taking it out of the plastic) , and that the box in which the product has been sent is not damaged (see Damages in Shipment below) : Caribbean Craft is not responsible for lost shipments or damages that occurs during shipping.

    In case of returns please email us prior to sending the products back to obtain a Return Authorization Number and an address to send the item back. Failure to do so will result in a 30% restocking fee.


    General Shipping Information



    Shipping Cost is automatically calculated using USPS from Miami, FL

    We ship all orders from Haiti by air on Thursdays. It may take several days for them to arrive in our warehouse in Miami, Florida. Once there  the orders are sent by USPS to their final destination. So please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.

    Lost Shipments


    As soon as you realize the shipment may have been lost, email us at so we can begin tracking action.
    Damages in Shipment


    All goods are shipped FOB Miami. Caribbean Craft is not responsible for lost shipments or damage that occurs during shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please take the following action:
    1. Do not accept a visually damaged product until the person making the delivery has endorsed the bill of lading with a statement for the extent of the damage.
    2. If damage is found after unpacking, retain all packing material and immediately request the carrier to arrange for inspection.
