Wholesale Orders Requirements and Terms

Minimum order per painted items: $50.00
Minimum order total: $250.00

 

PAYMENTS:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks and Bank Wiring

First time order will need to be paid in full at shipping time. For subsequent orders we ask 50% at shipping time and 50% at reception of the shipment.

For other payment schedules, net 30 days or more please contact us.

Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly (18%APR) finance charge.

  • CREDIT CARDS

For 1st time orders your card will be charged for 100% of the order once we are ready to ship.

  • CHECKS

All payments by check will require bank clearance before order is processed.

making sure to endorse them "for deposit only" to our a/c number.
Please email us when you are sending a check: our bank does not give us the name of the senders and we will not be able to credit your account if we do not know that you paid.

There is a $30.00 penality for bouncing checks.

There is a $29 dewiring bank fee for all bank transfers to be added to your total.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We do not stock most of our products so please allow a minimum of 6 weeks before the order is shipped.

SHIPPING

All our prices are FOB Miami. We will estimate the shipping charges to your store once the order is complete.
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Miami by FedEx or UPS whichever you choose. If you have an account with one of these companies we will use it to ship your order. If you do not, we will use our own UPS account. In this case, payment for the shipping will need to be done before we release your order

 

BACKORDERS

We try to ship orders complete. But it might happen that part of an order cannot be finished at shipping time. We will ship your backordered item(s) asap.

 If for some reason the backorder cannot be shipped or if you prefer to cancel it, the purchase price will either be refunded or credited to your account. You need to notify us when receiving the order if you want to cancel the backorder and if you want a refund or a credit.

 

QUANTITIES

Due to the nature of handicrafts we need to set minimum quantities per SKU. For all orders the minimum is set at $50.00 per item. The minimum order total is $250.00
